The Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI) will begin offering engineering degrees in mechatronics and automation in September next year. This will be facilitated through the establishment of a new School of Engineering at the CMI, at which a state-of-the-art simulation-based training facility is to be established.
Ten students from the Denbigh High School in Clarendon will benefit from scholarships valued at up to $300,000 each. They will pursue Bachelor’s degrees at the Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI) this year.
