The Ministry of Education, Youth and Information is reporting steady pass rates in the number of students who sat Mathematics and English in the Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT) over the past four years.

The Worship Centre on Old Harbour Road, just outside of Spanish Town, honoured 14 teachers from primary and high schools. The service, which was held at the Church, was organised in commemoration of Teacher's Day and to celebrate the contributions of the educators as well as others island wide.
