Education, Youth and Information Minister, Senator the Hon. Ruel Reid, says a programme is to be announced shortly to facilitate the establishment of an information communication technology (ICT) infrastructure in primary institutions.

Education, Youth and Information Minister, Senator the Hon. Ruel Reid, has lauded Western Carolina University for its long and distinguished service to Jamaica’s education sector.

The Government has committed $30 million towards a three-year programme to furnish schools with medical equipment, including stretchers, as part of emergency plans at the institutions.
