Inspection Support
The Inspection Support Division provides logistics support for both internal and external customers of the NEI. The key tasks include but are not limited to:
- scheduling inspections
- managing the team of inspectors
- customer support to schools
- logistics support to inspectors and other divisions of the NEI
- collection and management of relevant data and information to support inspection teams
The Inspection Support Division is responsible for planning school inspections efficiently and effectively and in doing so, creates schedules and deploys dynamic teams to conduct school inspections. This is a reliable team that strives for quality in giving support to all stakeholders.
The Division is managed by Trudy-Ann Panchan-Denny; she has portfolio responsibility for the management of the Inspection Support Division. This entails, among others, logistic support, school liaison services and the management of the team of inspectors. Her success in this Division to date is mainly due to her vast experience in the field of logistics and planning, which she gained at Air Jamaica Holdings Limited.
